What is a "Yard Greeting"?
It is a fun way to celebrate a special occasion. Each greeting is a personalized message spelled out with BIG letters and other fun specialty signs. The display is placed in the yard to surprise the recipient upon waking or arriving home.
How much does it cost?
Yard Greetings start at $125.00
How do I pay you?
We email an invoice to you through PayPal (PayPal account not required) with instructions for making payment. Other payment options are in the memo section
When do you deliver?
We usually deliver between 8 - 12, but can deliver in the early evening if required, dependent on time of year due to it getting dark early.
When do you Pick-up?
We generally leave the greeting in place for approximately 24 hours (definitely after your celebration has taken place).
What type of yard do I need?
Greetings should preferably installed on lawns or, in some instances, in a landscaped area. The soil should be freshly watered so the sign stakes can penetrate into the soil for stability. Greetings can be installed on artificial turf for an extra fee. Greetings cannot be installed on hard dirt areas or rocky grass.
When should I reserve my signs?
While we can accommodate last minute orders, sooner is better. The sooner you call, the better chance you have of getting the greeting you want.
Can you set the signs up in the backyard?
No, all greetings must be in the front/side yard.
Do you deliver in the rain?
We will deliver in the rain! We will not deliver during hazardous conditions, or if high winds are predicted. If we are unable to deliver due to the weather, we will attempt to reschedule. If you do not want to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
May I select the colors/graphics?
We will absolutely take your preferences into consideration for all greetings. However, we are working with a set inventory and if a certain graphic or color scheme has already been booked, we will have to design something that does not incorporate those.

Can I rent the letters/signs?
No, the signs are only set up/removed by OC Yard Greetings.
Can I buy the signs?
No. The signs are the property of OC Yard Greetings. But this way, all you have to do is call and we'll do the rest!
Can I order specific signs to be used in my greeting like college logos, etc ?
Possibly. If there is something specific you want, let me know and let’s see if we can order it for you in time!
Why should I rent a yard greeting?
Everyone likes to be made to feel special, and most people really like surprises. Imagine how delighted your special someone will be when they wake up to a celebration in their own front yard for everyone to see!
